I have iMac mid 2009. It has those vertical shades or just a bit darker thick grey lines all over display. A lot of people told me that it has something to do with GPU. Currently, it uses Nvidia Geforce 9400 256MB Gpu. So my question is, can i use that Nvidia Geforce 9400 gpu but from Windows normal pc. Is it going to work?

DenThed is correct, please don't waste your time. What you are attempting will not work, in addition the computer has only recycling value so spending money on it is a complete waste. Please replace the computer.
Yes, it would have to be the same exact model from another Mac, same model etc. Otherwise you would probably have to custom flash an EPROM or have custom firmware for the PC to Mac swap.
If it’s a laptop MXM gpu then it should work, but a desktop gpu won’t fit
Nope' that will not work. Plus it is not cost effective to repair or replace any part of a 2009 iMac and your best bet is to just recycle it and get a new or newer Mac.
