I have a lightning to USB transmitter (Wire?) and can copy the voice memo recordings to the USB. The trouble is I have to do it one file at a time. How can I select all the recordings and transmit all the file all at once —without using computer iTune? Thanks

I understand you have Voice Memo recordings on your iPhone that you want to copy to your computer. If you have a Mac computer, and can upgrade to macOS Catalina, you will find the Voice Memos app is automatically installed. You can sync all of your Voice Memos at once by enabling this new iCloud feature.

If you don't have macOS Catalina installed, you can send Voice Memos from your iPhone to your Mac via AirDrop or save them to iCloud Drive.
Share a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone - iPhone User Guide
If your computer is a Windows PC, you can download iCloud For Windows and access the voice memos from iCloud Drive.
