How to copy multiple VOICE MEMOS over to mac?

Hey everyone,

I have 900 voice memos on my phone and I would like to back them up to my laptop (which is a mac with 12.2 Monterey). I am not finding anything that makes it clear how to do this.

One would think it is a very basic question, and that the Apple eco-system should make such a basic necessity easy. But alas! I'm not finding this to be easy at all!

And in case you are wondering why I have so many voice memos, I use voice memos for music ideas and for more than a year, I was not able to sync my phone with iTunes. I've only recently updated my computer to Monterey.
