Can’t find purchased rental on new Apple TV

Hello,

we purchased a $.99 rental several days ago on our old Apple TV that we did not watch. We set up our new Apple TV 4K yesterday and cannot see the rental anywhere to watch.

rental […] that we did not watch.

It is an important distinction if it was started for only a second then stopped/paused, or if it was only marked to ‘watch later’.

As soon as you press play, you have 48 hours to finish watching your rental.

If the movie is not started yet, then it should stay in your library under rentals for 30 days.
