My Logitech Folio Keyboard doesn’t work with Pages I don’t know if this is related to any updates but I purchased the Logitech Keyboard in May 2021 and it does not have a battery. It works off of the iPad. For whatever reason, I cannot type a document in Pages. It also will not allow me to type a ‘space’ in between words. When I use the space bar, the “Documents” button is pressed and the file I am trying to create is closed. I did determine that the space bar only adds a space when I depress the option button along with the space bar. I also started having trouble with some web sites. For example, I tried to log into my JC Penney account and the keyboard wouldn’t respond. I am not sure what to do because I am using the keyboard to write this message and it is working just fine. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Space Bar extra advances. Space Bar extra advances. I've cleaned the keyboard, I've completed the reset steps and it is still having this issue. There is no Apple store near me..... any suggestions

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

Good call! It did set me back in some configurations, but minor against unusable documents. Peace!
