Apple plus repair late mail in (My fault)/apocalypse....

Hi my iPad Pro 11 is covered w apple care, I paid for and received box etc two months ago to send in for screen repair, then got hooked on black ops mobile and didn’t wanna not play it, so now is it the same procedure? The automated my service has no repair in recent orders, but I have receipt. Is it more complicated now, do I gotta mail to China?

If there is nothing showing, then you will most likely have to start a new support ticket to start over. We do not know if it would be more complicated - we are just other users here and do not work for Apple. And, I have no idea where you would need to mail it to, most likely one of Apple's repair centers.
