Hi! i have an iphone SE and i have forgotten its password and now it is disabled for one hour i tried to connect it to itunes but the phone says "Unlock iphone to use accessory" so i cannot restore it from itunes. What should i do?
If you forgot your pass code, you will need to erase your device
You need to get your iPhone into recovery mode.

Did you get it into recovery mode?
In recovery mode there will be a charging cable and a computer on the phone screen.
Make sure you follow the steps in the article until you successfully get it into recovery mode.
If you are unable to get it into recovery mode you may want to:

This is the right procedure to perform when your device IS disabled:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
Have you checked if your iTunes (or Finder) version is up to date?

the iphone went into recovery mode i clicked the restore button in the itunes app on my laptop there was a loading on my laptop screen but there was nothing on my phone screen. after 30 min the loading was completed nothing happened on my phone and no message came to my laptop screen and my phone was disconnected from itunes

Step 3.
When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore. Finder or iTunes will download software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode and you'll need to repeat steps 2-4.
can I do this procedure with my phone disabled?

Once it has downloaded once, it should not need to do it again. Have you got it into recovery mode 4 times and selected restore 4 times?
You might need to do it 2 times, 4 should not be necessary as long as it downloaded the iOS software the first time.
i tried but it says unlock phone to use accessory
You need to follow the instructions at section "remove your passcode", using the first link that Androish correctly provided.
