Why did I find all my apps offloaded, including the used apps?

Hi DAA_2020,
Used apps are not offloaded unless you offload it manually. If you do not use an app for 12 days it gets offloaded automatically if had enabled this in settings as informed by ProustGiulio
Perhaps you enabled that feature in Settings:General>Iphone Storage...
