Synchronisation voice recorder from Apple Watch to iPhone

I can't synchronisation my voice recorder (in Apple Watch Dictaphone) with my iCloud and my iPhone. Both devices log in one Apple ID and one iCloud account. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. Help please.

Found this in another thread;

This fixed it for me on my iPhone and iPad:

delete the Voice Memos app
reboot device
install the Voice Memos app from the App Store

That's it! Now the voice memos from my Apple Watch are finally syncing properly to all devices.
