Meditation logging as activity

Hi,

Meditation minutes from Peloton are logging as exercise minutes in the Activity app. I still want it to track other activity when using Peloton but don’t think that meditation minutes should count towards activity goal. I asked Peloton and they said to contact Apple because it is how their data is being read that is the issue. Any ideas?

Good afternoon Kristiforsch,

I understand you have a question about how your Peloton app works with your iPhone. You are correct, meditation is great exercise for the mind, but it is not part of the data for tracking exercise activity. It sounds like there needs to be some tweaking between the Peloton app and what activity is tracked in the Health app on the iPhone. I would suggest turning off the meditation activity sharing and just leave that info in your Peloton app for now. I can provide information about the Health app here, but you still may need help from Peloton.
