Reset my i phone and required another ID !!

I called support for twice time today for my problem and no one can help me , i lost my i phone without any mistake from me !


whine i reset my i phone and turn on it’s require ID and password for first hand !


i want to call support again , whine i select call option it ranging and closed the call whin i answered !!

If this is a used device, you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless. 


Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support.      


If you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.


Apple ID - Official Apple Support.    


Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support.  (Link doesn’t always load)   


Get Support      Work through the screens to get a chat option.

Or fill out and submit  iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support    The form is for iTunes, but will get passed to the ID Support section.
