Insofar as the device is currently Activation Locked, you can’t. If you can recover the AppleID credentials, then you will be able to completely disassociate the iPad from the current AppleID.
Assuming that you don’t have the original purchase documentation, your only option is to concentrate your efforts in recovering the AppleID and its password.

the purchase receipt was discarded after the expiration of the period of guarantee. We have a box from this iPad. mail with this apple ID is forgotten, since the ipad has been activated for a very long time.
