Stop the 'liked' or 'loved' responses in group text....
Has Apple come up with a way to 'turn off' the notifications when someone 'likes' a text message?

From what I've read, you want to know if there is a way to turn off notifications from liked text messages. There isn't a way to do this currently but for features like this not implemented, submit feedback with this link: Feedback
As an alternative, you can turn on Reduce Motion but this will apply for all effects not just "likes" in text messages: Use message effects with iMessage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

- If you have Reduce Motion on, you can't receive message effects".
