Forget my apple id email

hi, creat an apple id long time ago.Its about 3 months that i didn't use it.I forgot the email that i registered my apple id with.I know the password but don't remember apple id email.Could you please help me find the email

Thanks alot dear friend.The problem is that i totally forgot the email! I created one email just for apple id long time ago.I reset my apple id before backup any information and now i dont know what email i used.Is it any way to resend the email to me by The phone No that i registered my apple id?

You are very welcome. The email and your Apple ID are the same thing. What do you mean you reset your Apple ID. Do you mean you changed your Apple ID before backing your iPhone up? If you mean that, then you still need to use what I said in my first post in relation to the new Apple ID.

I also forgot my old account information about my gmail account verification code for google accounts but I have access to my account information for my iPhone account verification
