Hello I brought a phone and the previous owner can not remember iCloud password they have wrote down there details for the phone and the email that is connected to the iPhone

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

Read the above and then ask the previous owner to help you, that is the only way !

Forgot my activation lock information Helping a friend reset their iPhone and apparently she forgot her ICloud email and password. The activation lock is on. I tired the basic steps but unfortunately the last step is the activation part. Any one know what to do
