developer account

I have been trying to renew my Developer License for over a year. In that time, my App was removed from the App Store. I really need to get it renewed.

The problem is setting up Two Step Verification for my Apple ID that I use for my Developer account. I've search and followed everything I can find online about doing this. I've had NO luck.

The only iOS device I have is an iPad. I had a Mac to develop my App. Right now I just need to get the Two Step Verification turned on so I can renew.

What I tried on my iPad: Settings > My Name > the email I use on my iPad is different than the one for my Developer one.
