Lost my iPhone x

Hi I lost my iPhone x a year ago can I track my device now & my user in id is disappeared I don't know how but my model number is not displaying

See this about tracking a lost or stolen iPhone. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

The only way to track it is if it is turned on, connected to the internet, and is still logged in to your Apple ID.
