Full iCloud Storage Space Not Showing in Files App on iPhone

I upgraded to the 50GB iCloud. No problems there. On my PC—both with iCloud for Win10 and in my browser—50GB shows up fine. And on my iPhone X (iOS 13.4) it shows 50GB under iCloud settings. A-OK, right?

The weird thing is that in the Files app on my iPhone under "iCloud Drive," it says "3 GB available on iCloud" like I still only have the 5GB default plan. Restarted my iPhone? I sure did; still the same thing. So, what gives here? Everything else (as far as I know) seems to recognize that I upgraded, so why not in the Files app?

Thanks in advance for any help. Stay safe and healthy, people!

Hello rorocknrolllookslike,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that after upgrading your iCloud storage, you are seeing the larger space reflected on your computer and iPhone. But when you look at the Files app on your iPhone, it is only showing the smaller storage space. You have done some good initial troubleshooting, but there is one more thing I would like you to try. Let's sign out of iCloud on your iPhone and then sign back in. That should force the Files app to update it's information. See this article to sign out, you will do the same thing to sign back in.
