Reset username & PW on Mac Mini

Hi,

I have a 2024 Mac Mini which I used to use. I haven't used for 6 years but works fine.

However, I cannot remember my username of password. Is there any way to reset these or find out what they are?

I'm stuck on the home page without a clue (should have written them down!!!)
