Battery expanding

I just got my iPhone a couple months ago and now my battery is expanding and poped out my screen. My battery isn’t properly working

I have a battery coming out of my iPhone X and I cannot get it fixed. My iPhone X has an expanding battery that is apparently pushing out of the phone and pushing the display off. With all the changes and appointment needs due to COVID and the shut-down, I cannot get an appointment to have it assessed. Has anyone else had this problem? I was told it could cause a fire or explode but I cannot get it in because I cannot get an appointment and they do not schedule more than a week out. I am looking for similar problems/resolutions/suggestions.... Thanks in advance.

iPhone battery degraded and screen issues My iPhone screen has green lines on it and the battery is also degraded.

the battery will need replacement, but if it's only a few months it should be covered by the warranty
