I have a battery coming out of my iPhone X and I cannot get it fixed.

My iPhone X has an expanding battery that is apparently pushing out of the phone and pushing the display off. With all the changes and appointment needs due to COVID and the shut-down, I cannot get an appointment to have it assessed. Has anyone else had this problem? I was told it could cause a fire or explode but I cannot get it in because I cannot get an appointment and they do not schedule more than a week out.

I am looking for similar problems/resolutions/suggestions.... Thanks in advance.
