Notifications from insy

Not getting notifications from Instagram. All included. But still no changes. Decided to check on the iPad. There's the same thing. Although the ios Version is old. What do I do ?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Not on the iPhone no notifications from Instagram. Checked it out. But they are still there. Is it possible that the problem is in the Apple ID
