Apple Watch is dim and has green tint

My Apple watch series 4 has suddenly become like this:
does anyone know if this is a known issue and know how much it is going to be to fix it?

Have you restarted the Apple Watch: How to restart your Apple Watch?
Did you unpair it and see if it appears green when you set it up again: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch?
