My Apple Watch has this green tint/hue on the side of the screen

My Apple Watch has this green tint/hue on the side of the screen I just noticed it and I don’t if apple care+ covers it since I kept the watch in great condition and it’s bothering me that my new Apple Watch has this problem and I don’t want to pay more for something that most likely came broken

For all the posts and replies I can’t find a solution other than to buy a new one. My apple care and warranty have expired. Approved service centre says they can’t repair Apple products. White spot & colour removal on edge of watch there are white spot on the bottom side of my watch & the colour is also removing from side of the watch in the edge of the crown , on button & on the back side of the watch , the watch is still in warranty it has just been 5 months older & colour has started removing from the watch.
