Excel issues
Since i updated Catalonia software on my mac , excel/word spreadsheets doesn’t load properly, the data on spreadsheet is upside down jumbled up etc, to rectify you need to keep scrolling up/down to refresh page??

What update did you do?
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
