Mac Excel Issues

My mac keeps flipping upside down and the header doesn't appear at times.

Scroll down and back up a couple of times (may need to keep scrolling to about 200 rows or more).

For header, go to View--> Headings and untick/tick a couple of times and the header should reappear.
