To buy from an Apple online store or non-Apple online store?

I am looking forward to purchase my first and new MacBook Pro 16 (1TB). Should I get it from an original Apple store online or a non-Apple online store? Why online stores selling so much cheaper from the Apple store? It is a "Late 2019 model" as advertised on the non-Apple online store. May I know why there is so much different in pricing? Hope someone here help me out. Thanks.

Apple does not steeply discount their product even around Thanksgiving. Resellers (Best Buy, Walmart) steeply discount at their own risk of not getting more Apple product.

EXCEPTION: Apple "Refurbished and Clearance" section from the official Apple home page does sell "used but repaired/verified" product at less than new prices.

Any online seller who says "this IS officially and legal and enforceable Apple product" while selling at 20% discount should be avoided.
