Ever sense latest iphone update IOS 13.4 my optimum tv app no longer works. Is there any work around to fix problem?

I did an online chat with Optimum Support. This is a known issue and will be fixed in the future. Covid19 pandemic is delaying the fix.
Thank you Mitch, all of the sudden my Optimum app started working. Apparently they found a fix. Thank you for your help.
