sir I went on line and I found out what the issue was. The event was from a Chinese Casino. I declined all events in the Calendar App and then the Chinese Characters disappeared. I had to delete the events three times. I think the issue is resolved.

Decline it. Someone invited you to an event.
That Chinese is permanently in my app. I am trying to create an event and everything is Chinese. How do I remove those Chinese that are installed within the app?
Go to Settings/General/Language & Region and fix it.
I went into Language and the only language that is listed is English. No Chinese. This software is embedded in the calendar App. Can I delete the app and reinstall?
It is not embedded in the app. Where did this calendar come from? It appears to be syncing to an external calendar. Go to Settings/Passwords & Accounts and see which calendars are listed.
I must have downloaded the software. I went into the settings and no foreign software was listed.
Go to Settings/General and scroll to the bottom. Just below VPN there may be an entry for Profiles. If there is open it and see if there is a profile that you don’t recognize.
