Pretty much exactly what the title says. I have a 2013 Mac Pro (cylinder) running the newest version of Catalina. Essentially every time I sit back down at the machine I get the same error message. I have attached the specs of the machine and the crash log. This was also an issue on Mojave and I have recently completely wiped and reinstalled macOS on this machine and it still has the same issues.
Any ideas?

That is a graphics card problem, detected by the newest AMD Frame Buffer drivers shipped in the latest version of Catalina.
Readers have yet to determine whether the new Drivers are having hallucinations, or they have found previously-undiscovered defects in the Frame Buffer Hardware.

First off, I just wanted to thank you for your extremely prompt response regarding my issue. I'd also like to thank you for interpreting the crash log for me.
Is there anything I can do to rectify the situation or am I just SOL? I believe I was also experiencing this under Mojave, but can't entirely recall as I have been on Catalina since release. Has Apple just phased out support for the 2013 Mac Pro from a drivers perspective? And if so, I posit this question: as a 2013 Mac Pro owner, haven't I already suffered enough?

Apple generally has parts available for three years from discontinue date, which was Dec 10, 2019.

So your opinion is that it is definitely a hardware issue? Is it possible to know whether its GPU A or B?

Only one of the GPUs is used for ALL display Interfaces, the other is reserved for GPU computation and has no display interfaces at all.
