Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.
There is also free Malwarebytes which may take care of it...

To remove a configuration profile in macOS:

If your browser prefs are locked down, you'll probably find the reason in System Preferences > Profiles.
Remove all profiles you don't recognize, then run something like DetectX to clear out the persistence agents.

I found out from post on this forum that the a.akamaihd.net is a profile and can be deletd by going to profiles. Thank you all for your help.
