Hey there jefferson58,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re receiving an alert that your connection is not private when attempting to access a website via Safari on your iPhone. I’ll be happy to help with this.
When you see an alert like this, it usually means the webpage is on a server that doesn't meet secure cryptographic standards and to resolve this, ‘the website administrator should configure their server to be secure.’ You can read more about this here:
If Safari says it can't establish a secure connection, or the website is using weak encryption
If you feel you’re getting this message in error, and can access it from other browsers and devices, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. This will delete the history, cache, and cookies. Force close Safari after that and restart your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone
After that, go to Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on Set Automatically if it’s not enabled and make sure the time and date are correct.
Also, open a private browsing tab in Safari and see if you can load the page there. This link provides info on how to do this:
Browse privately in Safari on iPhone
Regards.
