My Iphone Screen got damaged accidently

Hey! So my iphone XR got accidently damaged by me and i went to apple store for help as i have the Apple Care Plus on my phone. But i could not do it because i did not have any back up at that time of my phone so I scheduled an appointment for a week later but because of this corona virus they are currently closed. I can wait for them to re-open but now my phone has started showing some weird things. Like it works on it's own even if i don't touch it and it's opening wrong things when i try to open something or when i try to text someone or anything i do it is just not happening. So I just wanted to know if this is happening because of the screen damage or something else. And if it is happening because of the screen damage how do i get it fixed ASAP.

Please help me with this situation As Soon As Possible.
