Canon MP Navigator 4.0 no longer works with Catalina

Does anyone have a solution for Canon MP Navigator 4.0 software? Does not work with Catalina. Download a new driver 4.0.7 with Catalina update but its damaged. Help!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and I understand some software from Canon isn't working with your Mac. I'll do what I can to help.

Make sure the latest version of the Canon software is installed to ensure it works with macOS Catalina: MP Navigator EX Ver. 4.0.7 (Mac)

Hi Jameson

I downloaded this version & the file is damaged so will not load. I will try again in a week or so.

In the meantime I was able to scan using preview however I still prefer the Canon version.

Has anyone resolved this problem. I've also downloaded MP Navigator EX Ver. 4.0.7 (Mac) and get the same issue. “mnve_4_0-mac-all-4_0_7-ea8_2.dmg” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.
