FaceTime

I am not able to use my FaceTime on my iPad. I tried steps given in apple’s help pages. On pressing + I am able to see the contact information but the video and audio symbols remain grey. Could someone suggest a remedy?

FaceTime not working on iPad I have the new iPad Pro and can’t use FaceTime. I’ve done the troubleshooting steps and it still doesn’t work. It works on my iPhone. Any suggestions? thank you.

if it was purchased in some of the arab countries where it's banned it's not on the ipad and can't be added
