FaceTime not working on iPad
I have the new iPad Pro and can’t use FaceTime. I’ve done the troubleshooting steps and it still doesn’t work. It works on my iPhone. Any suggestions? thank you.

Look over and see if you have done all the steps in:
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
If it is still not activated, and it has been more than 24hours:
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
