Anyone know how to fix this
I’ve got a iPad Pro (11-inch) (2nd generation) and FaceTime drops after couple mins
just updated it to iOS 14.8 still not working
works on iPhone 11pro same iOS and both
pare in same WiFi. Tried signing out and back in plus deleted app and reinstalled it
reset to factory setting. Still can’t get it to work.

Sure, try what that apple specialist has suggested. But apple is still not acknowledging that there is a problem.
There are several threads on this forum that have a suggestion. It has worked for some people.
If you have a case for your iPad that is set to lock/unlock the ipad, apparently the magnets in this type of case interfere with the facetime calls. So remove your case, and also ask the person you are calling to do the same thing if they are also on an iPad. See if that works. It has worked for me about 75% of the time.
