Error code on Hotstar Apple TV

I am using Hotstar on Apple TV connected to TV in Kolkata, India

I am getting

Error: ERR_PB_1401 while streaming Hotstar contents

What could be the reason?

My location is set to INDIA

Still the error persists

That would be a Hotstar issue, please contact their developers for support on their product.
