Apple Music Sign Up Issue

I've been trying to sign up for Apple Music on my iPhone and through iTunes on Mac but have not been successful.


On iPhone, the Apple Music toggle or option isn't visible on Music tab. Once, it gave the option when opening the Music app but went blank after selecting the option to view the plans or see pricing options.


On iTunes Mac, it just displays that Apple Music has run into a problem. At one point it did display the option to try for free or view options and when either option is clicked, it just goes blank.

Note where it displays the Asterix pairs i.e **....**



After clicking "Try it Free" or "See All Plans", a loading screen and then blank

Hello Kod_y,


After reviewing your post, it sounds like you received a message saying Apple Music has run into a problem. Since it is not loading on the iPhone either, it may be a connection issue. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
