Can’t receive any text messages outside of ONE PERSON?

So, about the time Apple did their last update, I noticed that my phone only receives text messages from one person. Others CAN receive my texts and reply but it doesn’t make it to my phone!! I have tried everything to fix this.! The only person I can receive text messages from is my husband who is the only other person on our phone plan. He also has an iPhone. I have an iPhone 11. I hope someone can help me! Thank you!
