I pad pop up when selecting link

When I select A link within an email or site I get a 2-3 inch pop up on right side of my screen, how do I turn that off. It is very annoying.

Popups in Safari I am often getting popups (see attachment) when I search something in Safari. It is like a small insert screen giving me a short description of the subject, with links to websites. It is not a big deal on my iMac, as I can click to the side and get rid of it. But, when it happens on my iPhone or iPad I do not have that option and cannot go any further, unless I click on the link, which does me no good. Does anyone have an idea how I stop this from happening? Thanks!

how to avoid "Pop up helps" when I click my mouse on/in any app or even creating a document, I constantly get pop ups like: Open Link in new tab, or back, reload page or save page as is, print page, etc. takes several clicks to remove them so I can proceed with what I'm doing. becoming extremely,ely aggravating.

Gray pop up windows in Mail When in Mail. If you leave your cursor on a picture or store link in an email. These annoying gray colored windows pop up with internet info in them. How do you stop that from. happening? Thank you.

You have likely triggered a slide-over view - this being one of the multitasking features of iPadOS. These Apple videos will likely be helpful to you in learning about these features:
