Mainstage 3 Output Routing

Hey, has anyone tried using Mainstage 3 to route output audio to Skype, Zoom, or WebEX? These sites typically only use mono audio, and typically only one channel from an audio interface. Software such as Loopback will accomplish this by enabling you to route various channels of a USB device to a single (mono) output for Skype, Zoom, etc... wondering if the routing on Mainstage will also allow for this?
