I have an iPad 11 pro 2018 and have purchased an Active Stylus. It does not work properly. Works fine on my X but not the iPad. I have goggled a solution and lots of chat about the zoom settings needing to be off. I’ve turned them off and it still doesn’t work?
Any ideas?

I don't have any issues with my Apple Pencil 2 such as you say you have with this device on your iPad. QuickPost is correct in that since this isn't an Apple product, you should seek support from the manufacturer of the stylus.

thanks for the reply. I have messaged them. It is sold as an iPad Pro device, works ok as a tap tool but writing is 50/50. It works but the text randomly disappears. Googled it and it seems to be a problem on the pro even with an Apple Pencil? Many reviews say it work well, just thought it might be an iPad settings issue.
