IPad 11 pro stylus issue

Hi there,


I have an iPad 11 pro 2018 and have purchased an Active Stylus. It does not work properly. Works fine on my X but not the iPad. I have goggled a solution and lots of chat about the zoom settings needing to be off. I’ve turned them off and it still doesn’t work?


Any ideas?
