Why can't I download the Nectar app/toolbar to my MacBook Air?
Hello, and thank you for trying to help. I shall follow up on your first suggestion. As far as the App Store goes, when I tried to download the Nectar extension it wasn't anywhere in the list. And it looks like the Nectar app and Nectar toolbar are available only on Android devices - I'm on a Macbook Air running Catalina.

Did you contact its developer: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support?

And thank you, again. Unfortunately, the App Store in the UK doesn't have it, so when I tried to use the address you supplied I was rejected straightaway.
Meanwhile, I've been trying for hours to use the Contact us feature on the Nectar website. Suffice to say that I haven't had much luck.

My admittedly brief research found the Nectar app on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/new-nectar/id1349814760?ls=1
That and https://www.nectar.com/contact-us is all I know.
