Firmware unlock

The iPad is locked with Activation Lock. There is no way around unlocking Activation Lock without inserting the device’s associated Apple ID. If this is not an option you will have to find the original receipt for the device that clearly shows the serial number. Once you have this document you can have Apple unlock your iPad.

Contact the place where you bought it. If they can't unlock it, it may be stolen. Try to get your money back.

I bought the computer use my Apple ID and all my information and sent it if they opened it they can see it and verify my ID

I bought the computer used everything in the computer as mine pictures I can verify but I do not have the receipt
