Hi I clicked on a spam link on a text message. I didn't enter any data, I noticed it was about winning an Amazon voucher so just shut it straight away. Should I be worried or do anything? I struggle with mental health and can't sleep worrying

No, clicking on such a message is not an issue. Such scams rely on the user inputting their personal and financial information at the bogus site.

You’re quite welcome. Those type of messages are common, but near as scary when you are aware. The article I have inked in my previous posts has great information for spotting bogus messages.

So just so I can be absolutely clear. I didn't just open the text, I clicked on the link and it said about an Amazon voucher so then I realised it wasn't about my delivery so not real so I didn't enter any data, not even my name. Is this ok?

Thank you so much, I should no better but was expecting a vacuum cleaner delivery today and the text referred to a delivery for today, so clever, aren't they?
