99 cent movies
I have just started Apple Plus and last week there were a whole load of movies to rent for 99 cent. Today I can’t find them. Does anyone know what happened?

It’s a bit confusing, so bear with me...
Apple TV+ is a streaming service. You subscribe to it. You do not buy or rent movies from it.
What you are likely referring to was in the Apple TV app, which provides access to iTunes Store and other video services, like Amazon Prime, etc. This makes it sometimes difficult to know what you’re looking at (who’s offering the video, etc).
iTunes Store, which is the front for video purchases and rentals, sometimes offers special deals, as do other services. These deals change often. I have no way of knowing where you saw the $0.99 rental deal, but it sounds like it ended. There will probably a different special offered soon.

iTunes content rental and purchase specials come and go.
Apple TV+ is not particularly related to iTunes purchases nor rentals.
