Is there any way to continue table row on the next page in Apple Pages 8.2? Format->Text->"Move with Text" and "Inline with text" does nothing. "Prevent widow & orphan lines" option doesn't work as well. Text doesn't flow to the next page and just gets hidden at the bottom of the page.

Pages has never supported splitting a row on a page boundary. When you insert a new table into a Pages document, it is automatically configured to expand beyond the first page boundary as new rows are added. So, on the Arrange panel, it is Object Placement : Move With Text, and Text Wrap is Inline with Text. As soon as you set object placement to Stay on Page, your ability to expand the table beyond the first page ceases.
