"Show my caller ID" toggle not working on iPhone 11

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to turn off my caller ID on my iPhone 11 so that I can make work calls, however when I select Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID, the toggle won't load even after several minutes. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

This issue only needs to be addressed by the Cellular Service Provider not Phone Manufacturers (Any brand for that matter)
