either of the two links provided go to the same dead-end app store link that doesn't provide any means to download High Sierra 10.13

When I use both links I can choose for open/download. Then a pop-up screen shows that says that the MacOs High Sierra is damaged and can't be used. Can you post a working update for me to download?

Both links opened into iTunes and iTunes gave me an error. Doesn't matter now: changed my OS to Catalina anyhow!
